Bollman Behavior & Speech Services, Inc. is a private organization that provides speech and language and behavior services to children ages 1-21 years of age.

The staff of BBSS consists of certified behavior analysts and certified and licensed speech/language pathologists with a variety of areas of expertise.

Bollman Behavior & Speech Services, Inc. is owned and directed by Janice E. Bollman-Trout, MA, CCC/SLP, BCABA.

Janice has worked in the field of special needs since 1993. She is one of just a few people in the United States who are a certified behavior analyst and certified and licensed in Pennsylvania as a Speech and Language Pathologist.

Janice’s area of specialty is Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has implemented many individual home and school behavior programs as well as classroom-wide techniques for behavior management. She is currently an adjunct professor at La Roche College, teaching undergraduate classes in development and the exceptional child.
